about

Jula Bell: We wrote this song when stonewash was pretty much one of the most uncool things to wear. It has made a comeback as of late; but for those who lived through it in the 80's--it was an unwelcome one. :)

Peter Tomlinson: Stonewash was so gross that 30 years later it’s back in fashion. So are Mom Jeans. Let’s hear it for fashion!

lyrics

Wear the Stonewash baby

Washed by stone
When I get you alone
Ooh you make me crazy

Jeans so bare
Ya' even stoned your hair
Ooh you make me crazy

Oh yeah
Don't forget the matching jacket
Oh yeah
Much more stylish than plain denim
Oh yeah
Dig that rear pocket stitchin'
Oh yeah
Guess what's in my stonewash kitchen

Wear the Stonewash baby
